Heidi Weng (NOR) won the overall title at Toppidrettsveka 2016.

Heidi Weng won three of the four stages at the annual international roller ski festival Toppidrettsveka in Norway last week.

She started the 3-day event with winning the 24-kilometer skate race Brekka on Thursday morning, which concludes with a 10-kilometer climb that just gets steeper as it progresses. Then Weng won the afternoon classic sprint race in Aure, where Madshus racer Polina Kovaleva (RUS) was third.

While Weng was fifth in the city sprint in Trondheim on Friday evening, she still started the final stage of with a solid overall lead, and topped off the week with a victory on the final stage, the 10km classic mass start in Trondheim.
